Google Drive: Sign-in
Hello all,
I have a problem, the wallpaper on my desktop is glitching every time I refresh i don't know how to explain the problem that's why I included a video, hope you can see it. I don't know what information you need from me.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 3.20Ghz
Ram 16.0 GB
64-bit
2 Monitors
GTX 970 Nvidia
Windows 10
Wish I could try and help, but your vid needs access and I've tried twice and no email with access code. Not in spam, either.
1) Open Windows Settings -> Update & Security -> Recovery
2) Press the Restart now button under Advanced startup
3) Press the Troubleshoot -> Advanced options -> Startup Settings -> Restart buttons
4) Select: 6) Enable Safe Mode with Command Prompt
5) Once the Command Prompt is displayed, type:
sfc /scannow
and press the Enter key
6) This process will take some time
7) Once that process completes, press Control+Alt+Delete then press the Power button -> Restart
so far so good. i will keep you posted in the next couple of days

so yeah it's still glitching. it didn't work
Okay. Hopefully somebody else can add in some more input.
I'm guessing there's a possibility that you have some 3rd party program that's open that may be doing this.
