How to recover old photos from Surface Go after doing a factory reset?

I had taken pictures with my Surface Go ever since I first got it (somewhere at the end of August 2019) but I accidentally reset it at the beginning of 2020 (1/1/2020 to be exact) and I lost all the photos. I want to know how I can recover the photos since file recovery programs won't work (EaseUS File Recovery, Hetman Photo Recovery).

    Hi,

Did/do you have one drive installed? If so, you might find them in your recycle bin on-line. However that was months ago now & might not be possible but worth a look.

I don't think I uploaded anything from my Surface Go onto OneDrive but I checked anyway, only to no avail.

You could backup ( !) this data to other partition , ext.HDD, USB-stick , etc.
You will never loose your data anymore..........

    Hi,

After such a long time & especially if the laptop has been used regularly/ updated etc. Hand on heart, I think you are looking for something that is just not possible now, sorry.
The disc has been used too much to effectively recover anything.
