So I activated my Windows 10 with a KMS key, now windows keeps informating me to active windows.
What will happen if I don't active windows, will my windows be blocked or will the watermark pop up and some options will not be available?

Welcome to the forum. With Kms it has to reactivate every month or so and must contact the company server. Why did you use a Kms key?
Maybe you should think about legally and legitimately activating Windows 10?
Any software that has been activated illegally we are not to assist with. Forum Rule 4. Sounds harsh but that is what it is.
I will say that Windows will continue to operate but you will loose the ability to personalize. Simple enough question for Google.
