what process is PID 4036? MSE? please help.

I booted up computer and it freezes for a few sec at very beginning. no freeze per se I can move my mouse but if I click someone or run program it doesnt run until maybe 5-10 sec later which is very slow. I use to not have this problem.

I have processexplorer and it shows at the start CPU usage coming from sppsvc.exe 4036. but when I open task manager and sort by PID no 4036 coming up, assuming it was running and stopped itself so it doesn't show by the time I bring up task manager.

does anyone know what 4036 is? I am guessing it is microsoft security essential or windows defender and I plan to have them on a delay start if I could.

The process PID is a number assigned to a process by the kernel that uniquely identifies the process while it is running. It will not be consistent on different computers or even between sessions on the same computer. A process may run for a time, terminate, and come back later with a different PID. The only processes that will always have the same PID are "System Idle process" and "System".

sppsvc.exe is the "Software protection" service.

yea I realized that now after restart seeing some programs now has different PID.

the CPU spike is for sppsvc but problem isnt from it, because any "fresh" window has sppsvc and has no problem. I was able to figure out by elimination.

turned off or delay start all tasks in task scheduler by 30 seconds and the program showed itself, its called rocket dock and not sure why its doing that now, probably some issue with icons or something.
