My box is Windows 10 x64 pro ver 19041.329.

I have Power problem at Event viewer which shows Critical about Kernel-Power.

Yes, I held down the power button to force it off, but I didn't restart it.

The windows could not get into "sleep" or "power down".

This is my problem.
