    Event viewer shows Critical about Kernel-Power


    My box is Windows 10 x64 pro ver 19041.329.

    I have Power problem at Event viewer which shows Critical about Kernel-Power.

    1. the General message is

    "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

    The implication of the Event description is that it crashed or you held down the power button to force it off then you restarted it.

    Yes, I held down the power button to force it off, but I didn't restart it.

    The windows could not get into "sleep" or "power down".

    This is my problem.

    I suggest that you describe this problem then. The event viewer record you focussed on before was a distraction.
