Music sub-folder from This PC missing Explorer columns

This is bizarre because it isn't missing the columns from Users > [my username] > Music...

I've been unable to find anything that restores the columns to the folder from the This PC path.

Strangely, any folder above or below that folder has columns... and I've already tried removing the folder and creating it anew.

Saved views are indexed by Namespace path (rooted at Virtual Desktop), hence:
This PC > Music > EAC > FLAC
    is unique from:
    This PC > C: > Users > Dave > Music > EAC > FLAC

It's either acquired a non-standard FolderType (View template), a corruopted FFlags and//or ColInfo value in its Bag

What does the Customize tab of the folder's Properties dialog indicate?

Can you access the Ribbon from that folder? Can you add columns from there?

Here's a screenshot of the Customize tab:

The folder is optimized for General Items and applies the template to sub-folders (which I think is just something I tried trying to fix it).

The Add Columns option in the View tab of the folder ribbon is grayed out.

That first screenshot isn't the Properties dialog, it's Folder Options

None of the folders are compressed, are they?

You could try changing the Customization of the parent and checking apply to subfolders to see if that resets the folder view..

In the View tab you can choose:
    - Extra large icons
    - Large icons
    - Medium icons
    - Small icons
    - List
    - Details
    - Tiles
    - Content

    It seems you have List.
Click on one of the other choices.

Is it possible you have 'List' view active and not 'Details' view?
