Problem Post Installation of version 2004

I recently installed the latest version of Windows 10 and everything seemed OK until I tried to install the latest update for Family Book Creator. I haven't had any trouble installing other software and I downloaded the .exe file a number of times. Shortly after double-clicking the file, I get error code 2755. Has anyone else had that problem? The attached images show the error in full and I can't figure out how to fix it. I already had another version of Family Book Creator installed before the OS upgrade.

You may wish to contact their support first if it's a problem specific to their software, rather than trying to fix Windows: their FAQ says

As always, please contact us if you should have any problems or questions with the installation.

It's always worth temporarily turning off Controlled Folder Access in case that was blocking the install.

Thank you Bree, but that didn't solve my problem. I've sent a message to the Family Book Creator support page, maybe they know what's going on.

And thanks to you dalchina, but again, that web page didn't solve the problem.

I must say, I've never encountered this error nor had any trouble installing software. It may be due to Win 10 version 2004 but I can't say for sure. Since Family Book Creator is a plug-in for Family Tree Maker, FTM also needs to be installed, so it not just a question of asking people with v 2004 to try installing FBC on their computer.

As you say, it's not one most people will be able to try for you unfortunately.

If you wished, you could try creating a log file for the installation attempt:
