Problem with boot up menu

Yes I understand that, any change at all and it goes to selective startup, even the 30 second timeout counter.....that’s clear, just wondered why I am getting the black screen on boot up, for windows boot manager and not the blue screen I used to get, is there another problem ? Or is it a change in the latest update ? Thanks

That's the old boot manager screen. That screen also comes up when you restore F8 legacy Advanced Boot options so it might be to do with your boot manager app.
