Problems moving data from W7 to W10

I'll try to use the W10 own menu structure (I think it was called Metro?), not the one with all the app boxes.

It's not the desktop I want to change. It's the *menu* that appears (see attached image) when I click on the Windows key. That's what "Classic Shell" provides me. The same "Explorer style" menu that Windows 7 had. Is there another way to do that without Classic shell?
