My GIGABYTE manual says the same things as the OP's does.
My understanding is that CSM Support allows booting in both UEFI and Legacy as shown below:

I can boot into Windows 10 in UEFI mode.
I can boot into Linux Mint in Legacy mode.
    Matthew is correct.

It just depends on if your motherboard's firmware supports dual "UEFI and Legacy" boot mode or not.

    I think it does.

I got some issue here, something failed:

I found out how to enable it, but my question is, should reagentc be disabled or enabled?

Also, I fixed my issue, now my SSD is UEFI, thank you!

Another question, should I enable secure boot, or keep it disabled?

    Great news.

I like to have Secure Boot enabled for the extra security. Just be aware that sometimes you may need to temporarly disable Secure Boot when doing something like updating BIOS firmware,

Thank you for your quick response, I recently flashed my BIOS to the latest version because I was experiencing some issues with the power surge on the USB port, luckily, I've fixed it.

One more question, I also noticed that in the System Information, Virtualization Based Security is disabled, should I enable that as well?
Also here's the picture of my current System Information, if possible, take a look and tell me if there's any issue

I don't really use it to know much about it, but here are some Microsoft docs on Virtualization Based Security to help.
