- Installing Microsoft's own PsTools.
- Opening Command Prompt as and administrator and cd into your local PsTools folder.
- Executing:
Code:psexec.exe -i -s %windir%\system32\mmc.exe /s taskschd.msc- Going to the UpdateOrchestrator and disabling the Schedule Wake To Work task, as previously mentioned.
@FreeBooter Yay i got that disabled in there so will find out here soon if that worked , Wow that's a awesome tool there. So what is that wired account password stuff anyway, what a nifty way around that dumb stuff.

let me restate i was saying that worked, i got the task disabled for waking, so will see if it works, then i was asking what is that wired account that is in there. and what a nifty way to bypass that stuff a cool set of tools.
Only reason you were able to disable the task is because you open the Task Scheduler with System account privileges.
oh that awesome :) i like them tools they come in handy, i still think MS should let us do it anyway i mean what a wired thing a account i never made with a password and all strange indeed. thanks for the help and have a awesome night i'm off to bed.
