PC keeps shutting down ERROR 41

    Hi,

A few days ago my PC started turning off by itself.
No error message appears, so I checked event viewer
which shows CRITICAL ERROR 41 and other errors.
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused
if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

    winver 1909 BUILD 18363.836
    specs are attached

I googled the error and tried some things it suggested.

Customize Power Settings settings set to NEVER/NEVER
    Update All Drivers DONE
    Turn Off Fast Startup DONE
Checked overheating with speedfan. I attached ss of the temps.
GPU appears to be overheating and this is where I need help.

I have no knowledge in this area. Don't know what to do to
resolve this issue. Hoping somebody here would be able
    to help me.

    Thanks so much

    Check Device Manager for flags.
Also check Reliability History for flags and "view tech details".
If your graphic card has active cooling,it's own attached fan, then make sure the fan is spinning.
Also if you can, then remove the card and check it over for any signs of heat stress, bulging capacitors and scorch marks, then replace it,ensuring it is correctly seated and locked.

As @joeandmarg0 has suggested, first check for device errors!

Can you please perform the following . . .

[1] Goto this TenForums link => Batch Scripts / Programs.
[2] Goto the heading msinfo32 [ MS System Information ] - Find Problem Devices and download and Run the SECOND .bat file [ MS_Info32_Problem_Devices_ALL.bat ].

If there are ANY errors it will create a Prob_Devices.txt file on the Desktop!

    I hope this helps!

If you can clean all dust and dirt from CPU, Fan and other components. You should also clean and apply new thermal paste to CPU.

I have no flags in device manager. Reliability Monitor showed 10 critical errors. None of which I know how to fix.
I opened up my PC and cleaned the dust out and cleaned fans up.

I don't know what you mean by second batch file here, I don't see it
download and Run the SECOND .bat file [ MS_Info32_Problem_Devices_ALL.bat ].

The main error in the reliability monitor is this one that appeared 7 times

Sorry, I must have been updating Post #1 when you tried to find the second option. I have removed the second option!

Can you please perform the following . . .

[1] Goto this TenForums link => Batch Scripts / Programs.
[2] Goto the heading Find ANY Problem Devices . . . and download and Run the batch script.

Ivy Bridge is reportedly known for having IHS TIM issues. It's most likely a thermal shutdown.

But, first, please check the heatsink and fan!

    For your Reliability History 10 errors,the indication is a file error and do this;
run--- sfc /scannow --- and see if that repairs your files. If it doesn't,then
    run---dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth---
Have you seen to the heat problem yet?

Thank you all for your input, much appreciated. No problem devices were found.
Ran SFC no integrity violations found.
Ran Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth operation completed successfully

please check the heatsink and fan...I don't feel comfortable taking this out
so I will take it into the shop and have them check this for me.

It still keeps shutting down and I don't see anything in event viewer referring to
shutdowns. Hoping the heatsink/fan might be the culprit...just have to wait and see.

Thanks to everyone who took time to offer help and suggestions.

    Stay safe!

There are log collectors used in another Ten Forums room.
Run each V2 and DM and upload results directly into this thread:
