MUNT and VirtualMidiSynth disabled every reboot - May 2020 Update 2004

Another issue with Windows 10 May 2020 Update version 2004

Both MUNT and VirtualMidiSynth are both disabled on every reboot for any application that uses it.
    Frustrating !

I don't have any MIDI devices to speak of to test this configuration, but would you be willing to uninstall and reinstall MUNT to see if it makes a difference for that one application as a first step?

I just installed MUNT on the 2004 Update, and it did cause Windows to make a sound, so I don't know if that might be a positive sign.

Before proceeding, if you have a lot of customizations in MUNT, I do not know enough about the software to say whether uninstalling and reinstalling will preserve your settings or not.

You might also want to check Task Manager -> Startup tab, and see if either of those applications are set to Disabled there.

It's a known issue with the May 2020 Update 2004 update as confirmed by the Devs of Munt and VirtualMidiSynth.
You can see the reason why from this post: VirtualMIDISynth becomes unavailable and keeps prompting for reinstall | CoolSoft
