OK, but in your opening statement and picture they were already on C so..

If you had fixed the issue before hand then that was good, I think you`re good to go

Partition Wizard is great, I have 5 or 6 versions of the Boot CD, including version 4.2.2

Yeah, my bad. Those pictures were an edit... AFTER macrium got the files moved.

/e At the time, when I made the post, I hadn't yet realized, that Macrium moved the files. Previously, every time I chose: Windows Image in Macrium... it checked BOTH the SR and the C: partitions.

After I used the Macrium Boot CD and chose: "fix boot issues", THEN Macrium ONLY checked the C: partition when I chose: Windows Image for the backup type.

/edit... Here, this is probably easier. I'm new to Macrium. I found out that when I chose: red dot #1, it would open the smaller window and already have a check mark in w/e partitions were needed to make a bootable backup.

Before the "fix boot issues" thing...it would always check both the SR and C: partitions. After the "fix boot issues", it only checked the C: partition. The SR partition was still there, just not auto check marked.

So, to test, I booted from the PW boot CD and deleted the SR partition. Then exited and waited to see if the comp would boot. It did !!!

Once back in windows, I used EaseUS to resize the C: partition to take the space that the SR partition had been using.

When you create your Rescue Media, there is also a option to put up a splash screen before you get to windows, I have mine set to display for 3 seconds.

You look like you are OK

I found this useful tidbit in WinAero Tweaker. You can make this show right after the BIOS splash screen...

/edit Only mine doesn't show the "press F10 for more options". I don't need it at the moment, but I like the idea that it'll be there when I do. Number 6 looks especially useful.

    The manual way...
