program changes the keyboard layout in windows 10

in short: we have dataprotocol reader to read out data (temperature during time) calling Visunet. Not that matters.

But

This program always force Windows 10 to change Keyboard language to the program choosen language of the program.
In this case the program is German, and normal my system is dutch.
So the program changes the keyboard language to German , and normally my WIndows 10 is Dutch , Belgium Point.
After closing the program the language is going back to Dutch.

There is no way to change the language of the program to Dutch, even that would be not a solution because in Belgium we use the Azerty, in Netherlands they use Qwerty.
But is there not a way to block that windows 10 changes this Language always, that the program can not force to change this language?

Hi, do you have a German keyboard installed? If so, what happens if you remove it?

Have you consulted the program's author?

If the change is effected by the program via the API I doubt there's anything you can do to block it.

ALT + SHIFT changes the keyboard if you have more than one installed. It's possible to 'block' hot keys, but I doubt that would help where the program is concerned.
