Where is the "other" start menu folder? (the 3rd one)

I pinned my Edge favorites "google docs, maps, messages, gmail" to the start menu.

Where exactly, as in what folder in explorer, are these located?

    Not in "C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs".

    Not in "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs".

I ask because they seemed to have removed "Pin to start menu" from Edge and I'm looking for a new way to do it and I was hoping to find them and figure out how to copy them to add more.

Not in any folder anywhere. The Start menu layout is stored in the registry, there's an .xml file involved too. See this tutorial.

I Apologize to interfere but maybe you can try this:
As far as I know... all the favorites is based on web links so I hope to be helpful.
    1. On the new Edge Favorite tab you want to pin right click and select copy
    2. Right click on your desktop > New > Shortcut
    3. Inside "Type the location of item" right click and select paste and click next
    4. Name the shortcut to the favorite's tab name and click Finish
The shortcut will now appear on your desktop which you can then transfer to any of the above mentioned Start Menu locations and then pin it from your All Apps list.

    There Is also another way...
Go to the more options tab in the upper right corner > more tools and select pin to taskbar.
Right click on the taskbar icon and right click again on the pinned link and select pin to start

Cool, this does what I'm trying to do. #1 It now opens in the default browser (Edge Beta) and #2 I can modify the tile with 'MyTile'. It's not a Live Tile like the orginals but I had them all turned off anyways.

Copying the link and making a new shortcut and moving it to the start menu folder I wasn't able to modify the tile.

    Thanks.
