How to make cmd.exe open in admin mode every time we launch though C:\Users\Username profile instead of C:\Windows\System32? Can it be done through group policy or registry setting ?
I have attached the snapshot of cmd in admin mode for C:\Users\Username
Also The windows version number is 1809 (OS BUILD 17763.1192)

How are you intending to run cmd if not by using a shortcut?

Do you mean...I tried the method shared in the link . It didnt work out.
- the tutorial didn't do what I wanted
or
- following the tutorial didn't add the context menu entry as shown in Callender's screenshot
(it's rather trivial- download and merge a .reg file).
or
- something else.
At present I am confused as to your requirement.
Are you aware, for example, that you can- with a small tweak- have a command prompt as admin option in your Win key+X menu?

Did you get the upper option added to your context menu as per screenshot in post #2?
