The Top rated seller is correct.
You did not fill out the My Computer specs in your User CP for this site, and I don't see that you have told us if this is a Laptop or a Desktop?
As the seller said, if this is a desktop, you will need an adapter 3.5" to 2.5" caddy to install the SATA 2.5" SATA drive into.
Before installing, check the Hard Drive Mode in the Bios, it should be set to AHCI, but check as it may be CSM/Legacy and you would have to change it to AHCI.
But WHY!! would you buy a HDD with Windows on it, when you can install Windows 10 yourself on a brand new, never used HDD/SSD???

well as i have stated all thru this post i did that back in dec and after that my pc started to misbehave. so before i got thru all this again i figure just getting win pro is better. i had the pro version before and i never had any issues. then i had to restore the os and i got enterprise and ihave nothing but issues snce. these mis spelled words wil lnot fix with spell check so this is what i'm dealing with. never had this before i got the entereprise version of windows. the wife sets next to me and we are discussing this now she has not had any issues with hers and she runs home. i have enterprise and i can not fix any spelling. it has to be the version, as pro never did this either. i'm jus tplain tired of this and want anothe drive with pro on it as i ust do not seem to be able to get someone to tell me hoe to get pro version. thanks

The version of Windows 10 you get is based on the Windows 10 Product key you type in. Any Windows 10 ISO Image or Disk has all versions of Windows 10 (ie) Pro, Home, etc, If you have UEFI Bios on your computer, the product key that was first used on the computer will be saved in the Bios and will be used on any future installs of Windows 10 (ie) if the computer shipped with Home, you get Home, if the first time Windows 10 was installed, it had Pro, you get Pro on any future installs.
Enterprise is a version of Windows that is for only for big corporations that need to install Windows to several computers. It is NOT available to the Public. If you installed Enterprise, then you have a Pirated copy of Windows 10.
If you have a product key for Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10 Home or Pro, you can change the product key in the Activation section of Settings and it will unlock whatever version of the key you typed in.
If you don't have UEFI Bios, you can put in a brand new SATA HDD/SSD, download the ISO image of Windows 10, boot off of the newly created Flash Drive and install it to the new drive. It will ask for a Product key. You can click the link that says, I don't have a product key at this time, and it will install. You will still need a product key to activate whatever version of Windows 10 you have a key for.
You can buy a drive with Windows already on it, but there is no guarantee that it will be activated, or that is is a Pirated version, you may still need to provide a Windows Product key.

well at this time i have the USB drive with the restore tool 909 running and itis installing enterprise. so i do not know what to tell you. that is what happened last time. and i got that program from the Microsoft website. and Microsoft gave me the key in about 2 minutes after it installed. so maybe the last install got a corrupted file. if i have issues again after this install i will just get a hard drive with windows installed and run with that. i have a hp ProBook 6764blaptop and the wife has the same pc. i put one of those drives in her pc and i had to reboot it maybe 3 times and it took off and has been running perfectly ever since.
att his time i'm on my Chromebook and when the laptop is done i can come back and edit this post using the pc and let you know the version maybe the e number and the build. the build i had wat 1909 18363.836 so then i can give you the new build and see what you think.
    thanks

Windows Key + R, type winver, press Enter, post the line with those numbers.

can't do that yet as it is still loading up. 76% done. but when it started it told me it was installing enterprise. the numbers i gave you were from before i started this. it got so bad i could not even see my pictures.

also, i went into the bios and i did not see anything telling me if i had a legacy or that eufi. when i started i asked me if i want to run from the thumb or an iso on a dvd. well, i had the thumb drive installed and no dvd so i went with the stick.

and i will let you know what i get after i get it going. the rate it is loading i expect this to be 6pm or later. thanks.

i fully expect this time it will have the same thing. thanks.

like i said i do not have those numbers. and i have no clue where to get them. and when i got this pc 3 years ago it came with the pro version. and it had a digital key, then i reinstalled it and got another digital key. so now i expect to get another digital key. i know if i had a key for those other versions i would more than likely get that install.

what i was telling you in the last post is my pc got so bad that it would not open my pictures. and as stated i was already having other issues. so i went to Microsoft and asked about reinstalling win10 and thy took me to the restore windows tool 909 and i copied that and ran it and it installed on the usb drive. then i rebooted the pc and it opened up normally so i opened the usb drive and clicked on the setting.exe file and off it when into another install. now it has done 1 reboot. and that is almost done so i now expect to have to interact ith it for a bit to finish. thanks

You did not fill out the My Computer specs on your User CP for Ten forums, and you didn't mention it in your post.
Is this a Laptop or a Desktop? if a Desktop is it a name brand computer? (ie) HP, Dell etc? If a name brand computer, there is a Windows product key on a sticker on the back of the computer or on the bottom of a laptop. You can use this to Activate Windows 10. Installation of Windows 10 should take about 20 minutes, if it is taking a lot longer then that, then Your HDD is failing and it will have issues once the install is finished. the drive should be replaced.

yes, i did in the first thread but i have a hp probook 6467b win10 enterpirse build 1909 18363,836 500 gb hd 8gb ram it is a laptop that should no matter. and yes it has a windows prouct key under the battery but that is for win 7. i tried that and it did not go thru. the pc may have been build with 7 on it but i got it from eBay 3 years ago and it had pro on it.

i ran a hard drive test in the bios and a memory test in the bios and both came back good. that last time i installed windows10 it took about the same time. if i still have issues after this then i agree a new or known good used hard drive is in order. and yes even if i get one with windows on it i still may wind up reinstalling windows on it after i place it in the pc. but i may get lucky and have it start up right off the bat. but first, let me finish this and we will see what happens. thanks

I am sorry, I did not see your computer specs in the thread.
A Windows 7 Product key should activate Windows 10. If Windows is not activated when you finish the install, then take a picture of the product key and type it in. It should go. Some OEM keys may not work, then you will have to purchase a key.
