    Boot device unavailable

But I can browse it in cmd prompt, made usb drive, ran boot rev /rebuildbcd it see’s windows and I add it, reboot..... device not available and usb won’t boot cause it’s bcd got changed.... I just want my install back, a different drive failed and caused the issue for some reason.... fixboot gives access denied as well.. part of the issue is I do not know which partition should be boot.. I have a 100mb system restore, my main partition (500gb) and a 569mb hidden partition

    Anyone have a clue?

A shot in the dark. Did something change in BIOS like IDE<->AHCI <->RAID?

Download the ISO image for Windows 10 burn it to a USB Flash Drive with the Media Creation Tool on the same page.
Boot off of the Windows 10 Installer USB Flash Drive. Choose your Language, then Repair Your Computer. in the Troubleshoot Menu, first start with Startup Repair. If that fails, you can try System Restore.
If that fails in the Command Prompt, you have to find the drive with the OS on it,

At command prompt (x: sources) type this exactly as written:
bcdedit |find “osdevice” (Must inc and the |), the | before Find is the Upper case \ key) press enter. This will tell you what drive letter the OS is on.It may not be on the C: drive.

Once you know the drive letter that Windows is on, type the drive letter (ie) C: and press Enter.
    now type bootrec /rebuildbcd

You have to run the commands in the OS Drive
In the Command Prompt type C: and press Enter
not type DIR. This will show you the directories in the C: drive, if Windows isn't one of the folders, type E: and press Enter then DIR. Do this for every drive letter until you find the OS drive with Windows on it. Then type the
    bootrec /rebuildbcd

Did that....it sees windows bcdedit lists the path to winload .... it boots to the blue window, accessing drive, as soon as the spinner comes up it stops reading the drive then comes up inaccessible boot device... fixboot is still access denied as well even though rebuild works

What would happen is I reformat system reserved partition? Or the other 569mb partition?

The Recovery Partition would load your previous OS. The 569MB partition is the current Boot file. Try these options first How to Rebuild the BCD in Windows

Went through that so many times I have it memorized.... simply makes no sense... no errors on the drive, I’ve done the above, ran hirens pe and tried fixing with Macrium reflect(read lots of praise for it)... I can browes the drive, windows see’s it.... just when it comes time to boot up...... wait just though, 10 have the ram boost option?? maybe the win reg is looking for the other drive for that
