Menu bar not working after update

The menu bar stopped working after I updated the Windows 10 today.

It was working in the past few days (since I upgraded from Windows 7) but after I rebooted the system when I click on the menu icon it does not open.

This was a common problem in some of the pre release versions. I had it happen to me.

Not sure if there is a fix, may be a repair install.

Same thing happened to me. I tried every solution I could find out there. There were many that seemed to work for some people, but not for everyone. For me, nothing would bring it back unless I add a new ID and run from this new ID, or if I did a fresh install. But eventually, the darn thing stops working even after you do that!

My solution - restore back to Windows-7 and wait for MS to get their act together.
