Windows 10 start button locks up and the cursor scrolls to the right when iam on a webpage it scroll all the way to the bottom and I cannot scroll to the top it just flashes any ideas on the problem? I am using an I7 6850 cpu and Gskill 64gb of 2400 memory I have reinstalled 3 times with the same effect
I have changed keyboard and mouse no effect
Would power supply cause this ? I installed windows 7 and had the same problem.
A power supply would be a far out possibility. 99% its something to do with mouse and/or Keyboard, since it does it in both Win 10 and Win 7. Something in the motherboard or port(s) you are using, If you are using rear ports for the mouse and keyboard (and they are USB or USB wireless) try a front panel USB port.
Changed the ports to the front a Little better but still a problem
