Try the ---dism /online etc-- and see if that fixes the corruption.
If not, then I would update to 1909,especially if you have made a backup.
The best solution is a Clean Install.
Should i run em in sequence? Like the check health first etc all the way up to restore health?

Just the /restorehealth instruction should be sufficient.

Well i ran all 3 check health scan health restore health., check health found nothing, scan health apparently said the component store is repairable? Dunno what that is and restore health operation completed successfully. Gonna restart my PC and check sfc again.

EDIT: Ok i ran SFC scan again, this time it came up with "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them. For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag."
So something apparently got fixed by dism and then this fixed something again? Well i guess we will find out in a couple of weeks if the issue is gone.

    Fingers crossed.
The Logs file might give some helpful information. If you can remember the time and date of dism and sfc operation, then in the Logs file, scroll down to that time, which is displayed on the left,to check the actions taken.
The Logs file can be large and slow scrolling is mind numbing.

Basically DISM and SFC corrected the corrupt files and Windows should be in good shape.now
As stated, you can view the Log file to see what it did but it is mind numbing.
