    Windows 10 pro bizare sound every 10-15 min depends


    After clean format my pc I'm having a bizare sound on my pc never hade this before have no idea what is this and where is coming from, maybe someone hase this problem before and can help me to solve this case, I will upload the sound I record with the mic is not good quality but it's ok.
    I hase to upload the recording file and give you the link to download

    the name of the file is recording.m4a

    Hi, suggest a process of elimination.

    a. Does it happen in Safe Mode?
    b. Does it happen after a clean boot (Google clean boot if unsure how)?
    c. If you create a new user and log in as that user, does it happen?

    Once you have found a scenario in which it does NOT happen you can work from there.
    It doesn't seem to be a standard system sound.

    After clean format my pc
    - presumably you clean installed Win 10 to unallocated space... and then started configuring it and installing programs. Is that correct? If so, did this start happening after some change you made?
