Windows 10 - "Run as Admin" shield not goes away from a .exe ? Bug ?

I have this little issue whit my windows 10 home (version 1909 build 18363.778).

Look this icon:

Look the "shield" icon on winuae64.exe. If i open file -> properties i can see this:

You can see the "Run as Admin" it's not checked.........
But because the SHIELD it's not goes away ??

If i rename the files....... example i rename to "WinUAE-TEST.exe" the shields disappears.
And another strange things.... whit a name changed if i check the "Run As Admin" on file properties the shield it's not appears.

How it's works ??

Can someone explain how i can fix this trouble ?

There is nothing significant about the lack of the Run as Admin setting within the Compatibility tab because that setting refers to using Compatibility modes. Here's one of mine

There is also nothing significant about the shield disappearing if you copy or rename the file. I would expect you to have to provide Admin permission to do the renaming. And if you ran the copied/renamed file it would not have the permissions necessary to do its job because it would not seek Admin permission to run.

If a file has the capability of changing parameters that affect other users [whether there are any other users or not] than the file is written to seek Admin permission when it opens. That's the only way that Windows will grant it the necessary access.

There is no problem to be fixed. It's just how Windows works.

What are you actually trying to achieve?

Wait a moment i need to understand.......
If i have a file .exe if have the shields it's not related to "Run As Admin" check ?

And because some app have this shields on his .exe and some other not ? And because i renamed it the shields disappears ?

I just wanted to find out if it was a problem with my windows system files or somethigs similar........

It's not a "Run As Admin" setting, it's a "Run As Admin when running in a compatibility mode" setting.

You have reported observations of system behaviour but have not reported any problem occurring as a consequence.

At this point it's clear... it's not anymore an issue request. It's a general request.
Because some app has this shields and other not ?

Problably whit my current english i can't explain better what it's my exact dubs..... we can be consider this thread resolved right ...
