    Onedrive files slow to load


    When opening files stored on onedrive in either Excel or Word it takes 30 sec + for the file to open. Is this normal? It's not very useful to wait that long vs local storage.

    Windows 10 Pro 64 version 1909 (OS Build 18363.778)

    Can you confirm they are local and not just a pointer to files on the cloud that will be downloaded when needed

    I'm not sure how to tell. From the path below it appears to be the path to OneDrive. I have copies locally but that seems redundant. The local files load quickly. I appreciate your help.

VLC Slow to Load?
