Splitting the hair? Build 10941 is, and will be, the version 20H1 / 2004.

I have a couple of explanations that come to my mind.

The first is that I understan you're using an insider version, not officially released, it may be that cortana will be present in the
official release; I do not use cortana so I cannot verify it is present in 19.09 but I guess it is (?).

    The second is that I understand your post is more a rant than a real serious question; I cannot belive you can trust PR bull****;
the pourpose of microsoft is to make money, not to be fair towards costumers, just screw them what is just enough.
If cortana is not economically sustainable it will die, like the windows phone.
If you understood Kari's credentials and his IT knowledge you'd realize you've completely misread him. Additionally, Kari was a former Windows Insider MVP, so I think he knows a thing or two about the Insider's program

I'm not here to bandwagon, I'm just saying his posts isn't being pulled out of thin air. Regardless, you don't have to agree, but this isn't trusting "PR bull****;".

Anyway Kari is more than capable of defending himself; I just take issue with your overall tone.

Anyway I was in the Air Force (79-05) so I traveled overseas; mainly Europe - Germany, Netherlands, UK, Iceland, Spain, and a few other places. Traveling makes one sophisticated
I've been lucky, I have been in all continents, including Antarctica (a cruise from Ushuaia, world's southern most town, sometime mid-90's).

Travelling has not made me sophisticated. Quite the contrary, it has made me an arrogant a**hole.

    Well...

Anyway I've been accused of the same. I find people hate know-it-alls. Not that I'm anywhere near that level. As a co-worker liked to say, "I know I ain't the smartest person in the room, but I'm damn sure not the dumbest one".

    Peace:)

That's exactly the best in me, or according to those knowing me, my problem: I usually think I am the smartest one in a room, and my vanity forces me to do everything possible to not hide it

You surely know better what will be in the next win10 release; let's hope (for you, I'm not using cortana) that
actually adding more languages will be simplier than we think ...

    best regards

I know that Kari know his stuff, I just do not like how msft handle "some topics" that's why I used the bull*** word, it was intended as a blame on ms, nothing againts kari's post.
If Kari need to defend himself it certainly isn't from me

You can install to a VM, no problem at all there.

Several years before I retired we got an employee for training even though we didn't need more people. She did cause some issues and during the investigations the other fellows apparently mentioned they thought I was smart, I told them if I was smart I'd be rich, I was just experienced.

When asked how to fix the problems we all, individually, told the team to bring in a female supervisor, one month after that happened the problem went elsewhere. And the new supervisor benefited as she needed a year at a level 2 facility to help get to a level 3.
