Windows 10 Video-File / Folder won't delete, Quick Access loads long

    Hi,

following Problem i have now since around an Hour and can't seem to fix.
I made a Picture-Folder on my SSD, where the OS is also installed, inside the Programm Folder. No Problem so far but now i downloaded a short 'Meme'-Video and saved in there (.mp4). Thats where trouble started. Now my Windows Explorer sometimes doesn't show all of the Stuff on the left Side, Quick Access loads long and i can't delete the Video nor the Folder it is in.
What i already tried is changing the Properties of the Folder to General Items, was of no use, re-started the Explorer, cleaned the Quick-Access and deleted all temporary Files. I also tried to archive and Delete the Folder with WinRar but it gets stuck once it tries to delete the .mp4 Video File. Then i tried to Force-Delete through 'cmd.exe' but that didn't worked either. I also downloaded the Software 'FileAssassin' but it hangs itself up just like WinRar. Re-starting PC also doesn't do anything. I've contacted Microsoft Support but they don't respond/answer and i can't find anything for this Problem on Google, only the same Stuff i already tried / mentioned above.

I would really appreciate if anyone knows how i can fix it and delete that damn Folder.

Please post a screenshot of file explorer showing the folder you have created and where it is in the file hierarchy.
To post a screenshot use the icon above your post with tooltip Insert Image.

    inside the Programm Folder
This is too vague- which program? or do you mean in
    C:\Program Files

which would be a strange place to put it.

    You can delete undeletable folders
    - by booting to a command prompt and deleting it from there (as Windows isn't running).
    - by booting your PC from a live boot disk ((as Windows isn't running).
    - by installing a free prog such as Emco Unlockit (which can handle folders) - it can also schedule a job to delete items on restart (when Windows isn't running).

I don't think FileAssassin can handle folders- there might be a clue in the name.
