Welcome to Ten Forums Bas. There are a lot of us retirees on here so you should feel right at home. Can't go back quite as far as 1973 but 1976 programming an IBM 360 was my first IT job.

    Hi, Everyone!

    Hello, everyone!

My nickname here, of course, is ScottK. I joined here ages ago, but just poked my head in here early this morning.

I'm a 60-year-old former Programmer / Software Tester / SysAdmin who started his career in Computing in 1979 by working on SuperComputers (Control Data 6000 & 7600) for the US. Dept. of Energy. I've worked with & for companies like Microsoft, Boeing & other large companies and small ones as well. I helped take a Seattle-based BBS into the world of becoming a full-fledged ISP in the early 90's, worked for a Tier-1 Internet Backbone Provider, and played guitar in a Seattle-based rock band that got crushed by the likes of Nirvana, Soundgarden & Pearl Jam (we were slightly more "pop" than grunge)

I promise to be as helpful here as I can, with as little snark as possible.

    Never enough time

Hey Everyone! Happy 4th of July! I'm new, although I've benefited from this forum in the past by reading results to searches.
I'm only able to write this because it's a holiday I and can't work.
I never have enough time, really, to learn all the ins& outs of Win10, so this forum is really helpful!
