Mouse cursor jumping to bottom right corner

My mouse cursor keeps jumping to the bottom right corner of the screen, either opening the language bar, the calendar, the notifications or the tab that brings you back to your desktop. The time between each jump is completely random, and the consistency is different each time too.

I use a Microsoft Surface Pro Laptop. The problem isn't with the wireless mouse, the same thing happens when I use the touchpad as well. Rebooting the device doesn't help; I've tried to use the hardware and devices troubleshooter but it said it couldn't identify my problem. I've also tried updating the driver of the mouse and touchscreen, but it only says that the best driver is installed.

How should I get this problem fixed?

It could be a faulty power supply. Are you using the power supply that came with your laptop?
Does it still happen without the power supply plugged in?

Have you accidentally interchanged the power supplies.
While another plug fits and the laptop the battery charges with a mismatched power supply,
    Could possibly be the problem.

No, that doesn't seem to be the cause. The same problem has happened when my laptop was charged and noncharged. I did not change the power supply either.

Update: After I disabled the touch screen, the problem stopped (at least for now). Even if the touch screen isn't a necessity to me, are there any other options to resolve the problem without disabling the touch screen?

For external touch monitors... replace the USB cable

I have had this occur many times on different systems and it always seems to point to an external touchscreen monitor and USB signaling between the computer and the monitor. Many times, I was forced to replace the USB cable to eliminate the problem. Otherwise, due to a phenomenon known as 'chip creep,' (no, it really is a technical term used to describe behavior of IC's in sockets that move, or 'creep' due to differential temperatures causing the different metals in the socket and chip to expand and contract at different rates; cause the IC chips to work their way out, (or partially out), of the PC board socket!) This also happens on virtually every cable connection in existence. Haven't you ever found a power cable nearly falling out of the UPC connection on the back of a power supply? [Shut up! ... Yes, you have!]
So, it's either the cable itself, or the quality of the electronic connections through which the PC and the touchscreen monitor communicate.
I know.... It's just too simple! During one of my first tech jobs, way back in the late 80's, when I had a very reputable accounting firm as a client, the office manager called to say that his IBM PC/AT would not power up. I drove the nearly 30 miles in Miami traffic to 1000 Brickell Avenue and up to the 4th floor, (the car barely fit in the elevator!). As soon as the office door opened, I could see that under the desk the power cable had become unplugged from the computer's power supply, so I quickly grabbed it and plugged it in. Then, I greeted 'Bob,' the office manager and asked him to show me what was happening, (or really what was NOT happening, LOL!). You know the rest of the story...
"Hey, Bob, that'll be fifty bucks!
[Chip Creep] - Look it up!
    "Is it PLUGGED IN?!?!?"
