    Shared clipboard not working anymore


    Hello,

    I already used the shared clipboard feature successfully.

    After I didn't use it for a while it doesn't work anymore.

    I see the same windows live account, settings are enabled, same wifi.

    How can I make it work again?

    and if yours is set correctly please disable, restart your computer and re-enable.

    I did all these steps in this order but it still doesn't work.

    Both are in the same workgroup with the same Microsoft account.

    When I press win+v it shows me that the clipboard was synced but I dont receive it on the other laptop and vice versa.

    It always worked before.

    I've installed O&O ShutUp10 on the other laptop once.
    I removed it again but maybe this caused the problem?

    Try an inplace repair install on laptop.

    Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

    This is a non destructive process but I always recommend backing up data.

    If you are not on 1909 and you use 1909 media it will upgrade. If you wish to keep the same version you must use boot media from that version.

    I don't suppose you've been using TeamViewer have you? I've noticed that since v14 it can interfere with the Windows shared clipboard and I have to stop/start the TeamViewer service to get the shared clipboard working again. I hoped that TeamViewer v15 would fix the issue but it's still there so I've now got a simple script to do the stop/start for me.
