No Power Plans Available and Can't Create One

I have no power plans available and can't create one. I've tried using PowerCfg to fix it, but it didn't work.

Hello stantonarch, and welcome to Ten Forums.

You might see if an option in the tutorial below may be able to restore the default power plans you want.

In that case, you could see if doing a repair install of Windows 10 may restore them without losing anything.

It's a Dell XPS 15, not overclocked that I'm aware of.

I might just do a clean install instead. But, maybe I'll wait for the 20H1 update. That way I can start fresh with the new version (2004).
