All HDD have gone to write protected other than C:/ ????

    You have not post the screenshot of the ATTRIBUTES DISK command.

    As you can see Disk 3 does not have read-only attribute.

    See if other connected disks have read-only attribute set.

    See image all the same but 3 give errors!!!!
    That is my problem

    Execute below commands one at a time.

    Code:
    Reg delete "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\RemovableStorageDevices" /v "Deny_All" /f
    
    Reg delete "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies" /v "WriteProtect" /f

    Do i do this in `CMD Diskpart>

    or

    C:/
    or from Regedit?
