Trying to login but forgot pwd and old email

    Hi,

I haven't used this box for a few months and turned it on to find that the first blue Win 10 logo comes on but stops there.
Not sure what version except Pro.

    Been 30 minutes now.

    What should I do please?

    Thanks

Started it again and it has come on however the email address at the login is no more and I have forgotten the password. I have selected 'Forget Password' and it is on 'Just a Moment' round and round.
5 Mins now. Do I just wait?

Now finally came to another Log in screen with another old graphic.

Can't seem to get anywhere as I don't know the password and the email address is long gone.

I have other Ten boxes (1909) but not sure how I can change the password on that box from another.

I have gone into my MS account but that box is not on it. -- Help!

Went thru every pwd I could and finally got it. Only thin is the right click start menu is black with no text links.
Clicked on 4 tabs down from top for System and it is 1903.

    Hopefully will be okay now...

If you have data you need off it then removing it from the computer
and hooking it up ( enclosure or Dock) to a usb port is a good option.

If nothing important on it then I would go with a clean install.

Many thanks guys. I am in okay and doing some virus, malware checks first.

    Appreciate the help.

BTW How do I change the old email address in my login?

I think it is from 'live' but I haven't done anything with that for a while.

Pwd is correct now, just need the new email address.
