    Mystery Icon In System Tray

Does anyone know what the icon circled in red is? It shows up on all users when they log in. I'm not sure when it first appeared. No description pops up when scrolling over it. Left or right click just gives the option to exit.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro v 1909 (build 18363.719) on a Dell OptiPlex 7450. It's a relatively new machine that I just started installing my work applications on.

You could try a process of elimination either by working through your startups and disabling them, or by inspecting running tasks and ending ones that look non-MS and possibilities, and see if the tray icon no longer appears.

    - Was it there before you installed programs yourself?

If so, might be related to a Dell utility or other programs provided with your PC.

    Another approach could be to
    a. Create a list or screenshot of your running processes.
    b. Use the exit option offered from that icon
    c. Compare the list of running processes with the first list.
    d. Note the one that's missing.
    e. Hence identify what it is.

Hi Dalchina, Could the icon be one of the new Windows 10 icons, it looks a bit like the new feedback icon.

I want to thank you all for your help. After carefully going through the system processes, I found that this icon is for Act! Integration Services. It must have appeared after an update.
