Has anyone else been noticing these types of public service advertisements regarding Covid-19. I'm sick of this invasive ad appearing in the lower left corner even i only see it on youtube. (i don't even live anywhere in america where this advertisement is targeted at)
I already have two Ad Block Plus (ABP) and Ad Block Ultimate installed in my Firefox 74.0 (64-bit) browser but they have no effect.
Next time you see it, hit PrintScr, save it and post it. It could be browser or Windows notifications.

Can’t say I’ve noticed them, but if I did, I would not get as bent out of shape as you have. Corvid-19 is a global epidemic - the more public warnings about it (or “ad’s” as you call it) the better.
If your major concern right now are public health warnings annoying you, I respectfully suggest you re-evaluate your priorities.
First of all i am not angry
I am well aware of the health risks from the pesky Covid-19. But i do not want any news to "invasive" and shoved in my face every 60 minutes in my daily life including not on my pc and i'm still new to windows 10 hidden functions less than 3 weeks in
If i want to check on news then i go to those websites. Its no fun getting them in my face on a video entertainment site like youtube...even if microsoft gets paid for it since youtube gets billions of visitors per day.

I'm sure WHO and international authority are already taking all necessary measures to avoid annoying you with silly ads.
How is it selfish when he wants to have control over his pc? And an ad every hour is annoying. Like, we know what's going on, and if I want to see the news I'll visit a website.
@op I dont get any ads at all. Are they displayed in the notification panel? If so, a browser page might send them. You can deny all pages notifications from within each browser.
For a similar ad like the above, I guess any ad block will just do (I haven't see that one on youtube either)

I was just tired after no success on google. Tired of Covid-19 news and tired of dismissing that advertisement on a daily basis in the Screenshot that Fabler2 provided.
There has to be a option to opt out of these news or a way to block them if they go on for weeks or months?
