Why did you upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 10 Enterprise to begin with? And how? Where did you get Windows 10 Enterprise? And I did not think that Windows 10 Enterprise supported upgrading from Windows 7.

    Still more....

I was given a DVD with win 10 from a friend. I didn't know it was the Enterprise version. I guess I should have upgraded using the Microsoft tool.

I guess you can upgrade with Enterprise since I did it. I subsequently downgraded with a purchased Win 10 Pro Key.

Something is very suspicious with the DVD. I think a clean install is likely your only choice.

or if you have backup of your Windows 7 system. You could upgrade it to Windows 10 without any additional cost.
