    I cant Access my files

After I formatted my PC, Some of my files converted to the locked icon and I can't open them.
When I try to open them I get this message "you will need to provide administrator permission to change these attributes".
You can see the icons in the screenshots below.I cant Access my files-01.jpgI cant Access my files-02.jpgI cant Access my files-003.jpg

You will need to disable NTFS file encryption.

    Thanks for your replay.
However I tried all your solutions, but I still couldn't access my files.
Are there any other ways to solve this problem?
I will be very appreciated if you can help me.

What exactly do you mean by this? You formatted the drive and reinstalled Windows 10? Did you then copy your data back from an external drive or cloud storage? Please explain exactly what you did.

When did you notice the problem?

Does it affect all files or only certain files, like .PDF?

If you see a lock icon overlaid on your files or folders, it means the sharing or security options have been tampered with, either by you or a software or when changing operating systems and migrating data or when tweaking the HomeGroup settings. The padlock icon means that the file or folder is not shared with anyone.May 9, 2019

    MY PROBLEM
I copied my folders and files from the Desktop to another partition in the same hard drive. After I had formatted the C partition and install windows 10, I couldn't open or copy my folders and files as well. It keeps showing me the message above.

I tried to use the .bat file above to give my account the full permission, but it didn't work.
Also, I tried the other solution provided above. unfortunately, It didn't work too.

His scripts do not work with file paths that contain spaces.
