    Given that this is esentially a custom version of Win 10, all manner of things may have been configured.

    Download Windows 10 Lite - MajorGeeks

    Perhaps what you are seeing is even a result of an option you chose during installation, if there are some.

    Is there any reason you need to use this, or is this just an experiment?

    i want optimized windows for my old pc...can you proposed some windows 10 lite with all working function (for example this tray icons) ? ..because the version I have is good, but there are a few bugs

    Why not install, say, build 1903 (most stable at this point in my opinion), then compress the O/S and if you wish uninstall apps you don't want? (UWP default apps don't usually take up much space anyway).

    Compress or Uncompress Windows 10 with Compact OS

    You have plenty of RAM- what do you consider to be the restrictions you face?

    Windows 10 Lite v9...

    That is your answer. That is a modified version of Windows 10, bound to be missing LOTS of stuff. Get a clean untouch ISO directly from MS and reinstall.
