they are still in the list.
Could you please clarify which list you mean? Examples:
    - items shown when viewing a folder
    - items shown as a result of a search
    - items in Quick Access
    etc

    Hello,
    Thanks for the answer.
Items shown in folders list tree, please see sample in attached screenshot.
The shotcut took randomly, not specific place.
    Thanks

    Motim,

You can get that dialog when all that is wrong is that File explorer is not refreshing itself after you have moved your folders. You can see the folder/file but File explorer rightly says it is not there.
    - There are thousands of ineffectual suggestions for fixing refresh problems. I found none that worked for more than 5 minutes.
    - The problem can just come & go - Windows has suffered from this for over a decade.
    - You can right-click on a blank area & select Refresh or you can use the F5 key.
    - Rebooting / restarting explorer is also an effective immediate response but will not stop the problem returning. I tend to restart my computer every day and hardly ever get this problem any more.

Hi, assuming this falls into the category of file explorer not refreshing, please see e.g.

    File Explorer stopped refreshing

where there is a possible fix in post #8.

However, please note this is an issue some encounter and is hard to resolve. Feel free to search this forum or elsewhere for

    file explorer not refreshing

As a workaround and by way of confirmation, after deleting an item, if it's still shown, press F5 with that window in focus.

Note that when deleting an item from a list of search results, it can take significantly longer than normal for the display to refresh.
