You are looking for Software hive i think you should reinstall Windows 10.
What do you mean by "my files"?
Do you not already have a separate backup of all your own files?
If not then stop everything now.
You can extract your own files from the hard drive even though you cannot boot Windows. You can boot up from the Windows installation USB I believe you have just made and use facilities within that to delve around your existing hard drive [the installation USB is not just for doing an install, it is also a very useful repair tool].
See Freebooter's draft tutorial at How to Backup Personal Files from Windows Recovery Environment
If you cannot get access to that page then he/we can guide you through the procedure directly. {I don't know how access to draft tutorials works so I'm just being overly cautious in my comment}
It's all perfectly simple as long as you don't panic.
I have to go away for a few hours now,
Best of luck,
Denis

Should the only option be a clean install then yes, your documents, photos and other personal files can be retrieved from the WindowsImageBackup files. You won't be able to restore installed software though.
It would only confuse issues to give details now, so for now just keep the WindowsImageBackup safe. You're in good hands with Try3 and Freebooter, so we may not need it.
I am very disapointed but I must thank you all for your efforts on my behalf but I am afraid a clean reinstall is the only answer now. I know the Registry it corrupted anf cannot fix.
Have you got copies of your personal files? Don't clean install until you are sure you have all the files saved elsewhere. @Try3 pointed you to @FreeBooter's draft tutorial earlier, but you probably were not be able to read that as being a draft submission it's in a restricted forum until approved for publication. However, it was developed from this earlier post that all can read...
