codec incompatibility does not allow multimedia streaming

It is noticed among other usability issues, that backward technologies such as CDFS and codecs used that pertain to third parties do not seem to have a codec that is readily read within the latest version of Windows 10.
    Is a fix imminent?

Could you clarify your concern a little bit? How are you trying to access CDFS data? A CD-ROM drive should be easily accessible by Windows. Likewise, if data is in the form of an ISO image file, that data should be natively accessible from Windows without the need for any additional software.

As for CODECs, what specific CODECs are you referencing? Generally speaking, there are CODEC packs for just about anything readily available for Windows, but without any specifics it would be difficult to point you to anything.
