Remove the " in front of %. and possibly the " after .exe
dev got back. this was his response
so the command is -quickPrint but i tried removing the /p and adding -quickPrint to no avail. Headway!/p isn't a valid command-line argument for Notepad++; see ? menu > Command Line Arguments... where you'll see -quickPrint is.

ok, so that change from /p to -quickPrint does work for .reg files. But the print option always showed up for reg files (just wasnt working), is now.
So why on earth is it not showing for txt files.
