You can Secure Boot using FAT32+NTFS

    • Ptn: FAT32 - containing Win10 ISO contents EXCEPT \sources\install.wim or .esd and \sources\setup.exe
    • Ptn: NTFS - containing \sources\install.wim or .esd and \sources\setup.exe

If the USB drive is a Removable Flash drive, the FAT32 files must be from a Win10 ISO (Win7/8 WinPE will not access 2nd partition on a Removable drive).
Easy2Boot with the addition of the a1ive grub2 File Manager can Secure Boot directly to most ISOs (just copy over the ISOs), you then Secure UEFI-boot to agFM and select an ISO.

I use a program called 'Bootice" to edit the BCD on the USB Media...
You can also check out YouTube Video's on how to do....
But all this can be done and more - if you where to Build Your Own Rescue Media (link in Sig below)

ok guys, i appreciate the replies, ill look into your "build your own rescue media" link and i appreciate the confirm on easy2boot seemingly being able to accomplish it as well.

Now i just need to find the path of least resistance considering my unwillingness to pour hours into setting up something i could do in 5 minutes if i just flop them on separate thumb drives.

will likely do that with the installers anyhow as i mentioned - getting osx shoehorned in is a whole nother animal from what i gather. Substantially more concerned with getting all rescue environments (macrium/windows/minitool/memtest) on one stick. That would cut down my flash drive usage by 3 and encompass my more oft used items anyhow. Outside of some vm's a few years back i dont even think ive used the mac or linux installers - just like having em handy. OCD is strong here.

If you just want Windows-based payloads, WinSetupfromUSB should do the trick for Legacy and Secure UEFI-booting.
It just can't do Linux UEFI.

yea it would just be windows for the time being. good to know, thats the first place i looked/first software i had heard of. Didnt look deep enough to distinguish between nuances regarding limitations. I imagine i saw "must use csm" or "must disable secureboot" and moved on.

    Thanks for the info :)

Here are the x64 Windows Boot Files
Multi-boot USB that doesnt require CSM on or Secure-boot off?-image010.jpg
The "Sources" Folder is reserved for Windows Setup Media
Rename "Sources" Folder on Minitool Bootable Media to "Minitool"
Rename "Sources" Folder on Macruim Bootable Media to "Macrium"
Rename "Sources" Folder on Recovery Bootable Media to "Recovery"

Copy the Renamed "Sources" folder & All Other Root Files/Folders From Source Media To this USB
Except DO NOT COPY OVER or Otherwise Overwrite the included "Boot" or "EFI" Folders as they contain the Edited BCD files

to clarify - Format your USB to Fat32 and set partition as active
    Copy Boot Files to USB
    Mount your Minitool Media
Copy all files & folder From Minitool Media to USB - except Boot, EFI & Sources Folders
Copy Boot.wim from Minitool Media /Sources/ folder to /Minitool/ folder on USB

Follow same process for the others... Except for Windows Setup media - you will also copy /Sources/ Folder to USB
Boot from USB and you will be presented with the 4 Boot menu Options

i'd like to at least get my rescue environments on the same one. Macrium/WindowsRE/MinitoolPW. Perhaps add memtest. is that possible given the constraints?
I figured there would of been a response by now.... As clearly it is possible....

Sorry Kyhi - super busy unfortunately. this is on my list, as im intentionally k eeping the link to this thread parked in my email inbox so i dont let it slip from the top few rungs of the ladder.

I appreciate the run-through. also the link to the boot.wim. you've made my job substantially easier. I'm one of those people that learns by "doing" so once ive done it, its something ill likely be able to carry forward :)

ill certainly post back with the result and mark as solved etc once i get'er done.
