Split Screen Expansion (MS Surface GO Tablet)

I use a MS Surface GO tablet with Windows 10 OS, (with most current version).
I use a program called GSAK which utilizes a split screen feature displaying a map at the bottom half of the screen. The top half displays a database list of line items.
When I try to expand the map display "by clicking the bottom line" of the database display and moving it upwards it does not work. In other words I cannot expand the map display.

I use the same program on my desktop PC with Windows 10 OS
    (with most current version)
    with no problems.
This problem only happens on my Surface GO tablet.

Yes, I know... as I was not sure if this was a Windows10 Surface tablet problem or with the GSAK app.
So far there is still no indication where the problem lies!

I see from GSAK FAQ #25 that the split screen view relies on Internet Explorer for the display.

Is IE still enabled at Settings, Apps & features, Optional features, More Windows features, Internet Explorer 11?

    Hi NMI,
Trying to solve this problem I have used all 3 browsers installed on my Surface GO tablet.
Even though I can select IE 11 through your suggested method it still did not work.
    MS Edge
    Internet Explorer
    Google Chrome

Sadly the issues still persists with whatever browser I use.
When I switch a browser I shut down and reboot the tablet, just it case it would help.
    Still no help.

I am beginning to think this is Microsoft Surface GO problem, as all works well on my desktop PC...with any browser!

    Hi Jacee,
I have a HP Desktop PC.

The link you gave me regarding the problem with Surface GO split screen was interesting and I had already switched the Tablet mode on and off.
I tried this in all of my browsers but it still did not resolve my problem.
I could do the Windows 10 split screens features on my tablet with any app, BUT it does not work "within" the app called GSAK.
When I'm in the app GSAK there is a feature available to do a split screen for that app.
The app has the ability to provide a split screen feature and this is the one that does not work.
The windows 10 split screen feature as suggested by the link info you provided does work quite well.
So, I think it is a problem within the GSAK app itself!
