Hp may void my warranty now what

I was on here a few weeks ago.
It was determined that I should go to a HP service place. I did that. The service place refuses to fix It.
I’m told that more than likely HP will claim it’s a software issue or it was hacked and they won’t cover either.
    I’m still making payments.
I did nothing to this computer.
Maybe ya’ll have experience with this type of thing...
I’m sick over this, I’m also screwed....

    Hp may void warranty

I bought it new from HSN. It was fine for three weeks or so. It started acting weird. I contacted HP Technical Support, a Tech Shared my computer and put an .iso w10 over the existing os. It was ok but some common file associations went there (like .jpg).
I was told to just clean install W10. I did. 3 hours later it displayed a HP SCREEN and stayed that way for 6 hours before I restarted it using the F11 (F 12 can’t remember) it then asked for sn Administrators password. I don’t have one of those because I didn’t put one in it!
That’s it. The HP tech said that’s impossible.

Here's the OP's original thread on the issue if it helps: Resetting Windows 10...

The only suggestion I have for the OP is to find someone in their area who's a bit more PC savvy to help out.

    Peace:)

    Apparently you guys aren’t reading

As I clearly described, the machine is asking for an administrator password that I don’t put in it.
There’s no way to change where it boots from. It doesn’t matter what key is pressed. It IS POSSIBLE to get to the screen where you can select trouble shoot, UEFI settings, etc.BUT you can’t get there because it THEN wants that administers password. It clearly has some problem on the other side of the the password. But it wants a damn password that I don’t know. I didn’t put it in there so I don’t know it.

Start over again. Do another Clean Install Windows 10. Follow the directions as written. Ask here if you have any questions.
After the install completes, do a couple Windows Updates and you're done.

I’m doing all I can do to make myself clear here and y’all just aren’t getting it....
The laptop doesn’t have an operating system. It did a clean install and it booted to an HP SCREEN with little white Dots going around in a circle. I let it sit for 6 hours like that nothing happened. Apparently it can’t find its own boot sector I don’t know . BUT FIRST I need someone who can hack this administration password I guess. I’m pretty sure a person who knows command line inputs can help or someone who knows a REAL back door entry, or SOMETHING....
Have I not explained this nightmare clearly? Lol.

Is that a BIOS password issue? I can't imagine what else it would be,if you've trashed the OS already.

I wonder whether something like this would help: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebo...d/td-p/7032179

I checked: the necessary files are still present, and available for download. It will be necessary for you to have access to a working Windows PC, plus a small USB flash drive.

    Best of luck.
