    Why Does This Thread Only Go Back to 2019?

    Is the forum short of storage since this thread only goes back to 2019 in 53 pages? Other threads have more pages going back to 2014.

    I can't answer, but to clarify so either @Barman58 or @z3r010 can answer, you mean the General Support forum.
    If one looks at the last thread(page 53) it only goes back to November 2019.

    @Steve C @Cliff S

    Go to the last page (oldest its actually the first) - at the bottom of the page I see a menu to adjust the view, the default is 100 days but you can set it to "Beginning" which shows all.

    It is sundays and John often brings in changes on thee quietest day it could be this is being rolled out, it makes sense as most users will only need a short period, and this keeps loading down and stress on their systems

    As the majority of folks only browse the first few pages I have set the section to only show the last 100 days by default - this considerably speeds up load time and takes some stress off the server.

    To view more you can change the setting at the bottom of the forum section.

    BTW it's been that way for a couple of years.

    Thanks for the info Nigel
    By the way when using the mention tag for multiple members, you still need to edit and resave for every mention(regarding your post above)

    That's it, people only view a couple of pages back or use search, it's stupid to query the database for the full listing when it's never used.
