    Perhaps e.g.
Nvidia releases fix for DisplayPort issues on Maxwell and Pascal graphics cards - TechSpot
via DisplayPort 1.3 or 1.4. Problems have ranged from blank screens to the inability to properly boot up at all.
the fix is now available to flash the BIOS of affected graphics cards.

See if the problems disappear using only the Intel GPU: Intel® HD Graphics 4000

    1) open device manager
    2) expand display adapters
    3) make sure both Intel and Nvidia are seen
(if Intel is not seen > modify BIOS settings)
    4) disable the Nvidia GPU
    5) reboot > report the findings into the thread

    6) Open administrative PS and type or copy and paste:

    7) sfc /scannow
    8) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    9) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    10) sfc /scannow
    11) chkdsk /scan
    12) get-computerrestorepoint

    13) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    14) consider performing a system restore to the first system restore point:

did all that in last steps nothing found from dism sfc or chkdsk also system restore got wiped when i tried the repair install so its gone. i did find a video card bios at techpower up although its unverified one but funny thing is it matches the vbios on the card allready so whatever the tool does it does not change vbios at all so a reflash would probably not fix things. i can try the intel graphics one it has not been enabled in years i would have to enable in bios, i have somewhat of a hybrid board i can simply plug into that onboard with nvidia card onboard as well. i will try and see what happens. will rerun all them and post it here for you :)

If you are able to enable Intel GPU some options are:

    a) test with Nvidia GPU disabled

    b) turn off windows updates of non-Microsoft drivers
Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10
Prevent Windows Update from Updating Specific Device Driver
Turn On or Off Device Driver Automatic Installation in Windows 10

    c) test after uninstalling Nvidia GPU drivers using DDU

Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.2.2 (or newer version if available)
Official Display Driver Uninstaller DDU Download

    d) test removing the Nvidia dGPU card

so still cant find onboard video area i did find graphics but it just pertains to duel display with my onboard stuff, it seems i was wrong about my onboard video on this particular board looks like it disables when you install a aftermarket card. so on this note will re run the dism and stuff and see if anything is amiss there and report back here.
