THere are many and varied charging methods available, the unfortunate thing is that most are designed for plugging into the phone as the vast majority of phones these days do not have removable batteries.
If your phone is one of the few that you can remove the battery from, without resorting to force , check online for options Amazon or eBay should have something

Google image search suggests it's a replacement for a Samsung EB-BG530CBU. If so, there are several wall chargers like this one.

I have an EB-BG360CBU lying about that came from an old Galaxy Core Prime. That phone isn't listed on the compatibility chart for the charger in your link.
This one claims that it's for the EB-BG360CBU: Best battery USB Wall Charger EB-BG360CBU For Samsung Galaxy Core Prime Phone | eBay I picked one that claims to ship from the US.
