Windows crashes every morning around 6:15 AM

For a month or so my pc has been crashing BSOD every morning around 6:15. WhoCrashed reported the culprit is sahdada64.sys.

If i remove that file, the system won't boot up.

I've tried updating, reinstalling and removing all Roxio software, but no matter what I do, that file stays there and the system keeps crashing. Control Panel/Programs does not show any programs by Corel.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this? Windows 10 Pro 1909 build 18363.657

I should have mentioned that I've tried most of the standard things: update video driver, update all drivers, windows update, sft/scannow, dism, chkdsk and various types of system repair options on the windows boot menu. My pc is a cyberpower with msi motherboard, 32gb ram. My cpu core temps are usually in the 30's (c) and never more than 45c. Tested RAM multiple times. Disconnect all externals except keyboard and mouse. Nothing helps.

Every time after it blue screens, it starts right up with no issues.

There are tons of windows scheduled tasks, but none i saw anywhere around 6. I don't have any tasks that I have scheduled.

I didn't think of a clean boot at 5:30 AM. I will try that and update this post.

Guessing the file name should be sahdad64.sys which is related to Sonic Solutions media software, who took over Roxio and Divx and was then taken over by Rovi Corporatition who are now Tivo. File is a disk filter driver.

I would also scan and remove spywares/malwares with Superantispyware. If it finds too many results (over 200), I would then use a second program, such as Malwarebytes Antimalware, to find and remove any more malwares that the first program didn't detect. I would restart in Safe mode with networking, to make sure no spyware blocks the scan. Hold left SHIFT and restart your PC, then select Troubleshoot and Advanced startup options. Select Safe mode with networking so you have internet access to download and update the detection tools.

Here's an update which may be a clue: It turns out my system doesn't lock up on it's own. It locks up when I first click the mouse in the morning. If I leave the monitors on, the system appears to be running at 6:15 (or whenever i get into my office), and I can move the mouse around. But as soon as I click on anything, BSOD.

Scans by numerous anti-malware programs haven't found anything.

update the program using that driver or uninstall it.
