If you have an Acronis backup you can use another computer download the trial version of Acronis and then select the option to create a Rescue CD-ROM. Create the Rescue CD-ROM and use it to boot your computer. Obviously you cannot restore the backup on the same disk it is on, so you have to restore it on a different disk or copy it to a different disk to restore it from. You can use a live Windows DVD or USB (see here: Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk) to copy the backup, or just remove the hard disk from your computer and use another computer. Once you have successfully restored the Windows 7 backup, disable any antivirus and other non-critical startup application. Also go to Control Panel, Device Manager and disable any non-critical device, so Windows 10 won't try to find drivers for it and fail. When running Windows 10 setup from within Windows 7, click on Change Windows Update (don't remember exact phrase) and make sure you disable Windows Update during setup. Even better, disconnect from the internet. Then proceed with the upgrade. Once successfully upgrading to Windows 10 and looking at the desktop you can enable any disabled device and startup application.

backup Acronis is on E:/ but Win 7 / Win 10 failure is on C:/... so you recommend restore with Acronis bootable media to c:/... from e:/ this you recommend???

When in restore back windows 7 pro
Is good idea update all major drivers like graphics card, etc
    And
    Do a restore point

... is this ok and recommended?

But if win 10 drivers are different from win 7
    ?
Is any really other thing to try prior roll back?

    chkdsk/f C:
in the second shot ---> if go CMD line and run ^^ if any good or may fix any errors?? and solve the problem if try repair from failure?

Also why in the second screenshot says
Operating system windows 7 on F:/ system

    It was on C:/

    can you explain this??

    Can run
    chkdsk/f C:
In second screenshot command prompt option?

    here is the situation
This is win 7 prompts and actions --- Not make it to win 10 and failed on setup

can revert to win 7 pro from the cmd prompt in win 7 boot screen???
Also I forgot make restore point.
I did although an Acronis TI 2020 backup of C:/ in internal E:/ drive.

Or any other action is, to take so repair win10 upgrade system??? like chkdsk/f C: and continue repair/upgrade???

In that case, create an Acronis Rescue CD-ROM, boot from there and restore Windows 7 from backup. Upgrade all drivers. Most drivers are Windows 7 and 8 and 10 compatible. Even if one is Windows 7 only, it works in Windows 10. Then proceed to upgrade to Windows 10 taking the precautions I posted above. Good Luck.

Is any problem try recover in another HDD put as C:/ --- and current disk keep temporary?
You think if problem with c:/ drive eg disk with disk errors or sector errors - this problem should appear different than current picture?
if you see the video the errors part scrolling down at times

can you identify any obvious problem...?
Also why in the second screenshot says: Operating system windows 7 on F:/ system - It was on C:/, what about F:/...?

repair it even Not yet set it up [yet] for first time with DVD

according to attachment below - C:/ was the system drive... why the >>>

why this shown F:/ 220GB rather c:/ ... in diskpart? what to do? chkdsk /f F: or...?

I THINK RESERVED PARTITIONS DO NOT HAVE LETTER, I AM CORRECT?
remove letter in reserved partition in diskpart
assign letter of F: as c:/ in diskpart

and try repair / upgrade continued??????

How to Assign and Remove Drive Letter with Diskpart?

    CAN TRY THIS??
